About

I'm Sean Glang. I build and run the systems that let fast-growing companies scale, and lately I help them put AI to work in ways that actually pay off.

I've owned portfolios of 100+ SaaS applications across Finance, GTM, People, and Operations, kept environments audit-ready for SOC and PCI, automated identity and user lifecycle across multiple countries, and turned IT teams into the group that finds and delivers AI wins across the business. I treat internal operations like a product: automate first, measure the return, and keep the team lean.

Before tech, I ran a construction company as a general contractor, which still shapes how I work: scope it honestly, show up, and leave things better built than you found them. I also build hardware and software side projects, usually involving radios, maps, or making AI tools more useful.
